| Biography: |
| A two-way standout in high school the lanky receiver is rated as a four-star player by Scout.com and is their 19th ranked receiver in the nation. He made a name for himself at the Nike Camp in Palo Alto and proved that he was a top prospect. He maintained that status despite a serious, season ending knee injury he suffered in October.
Dean was All-Solano County Athletic Conference as a junior receiver and defensive back. That season he had 24 catches for 670 yards and seven touchdowns. On defense he recorded 43 tackles and five interceptions. Dean is also a talented basketball player.
